Nowadays, the proportion of high-educated population is more and more in Taiwan, but it also found that many intellectuals are unemployed. The study is done in order to let college students have the chance to examine their employability. The survey research is applied in the study and the total number of the samples is 175. Descriptive Statistics, Frequencies, and Independent Sample are used to analyze the data. The survey results are shown as the followings: 1) Students think that the most important employability that they should have are teamwork, emotion management and the ability of resist compression. 2) Students believe what they have already had the employability are willingness to learn, ethics, and spirit of service. 3) In the 28 employability, nine employability which students should have and which students have had reached significant differences. 4) Three employability which students should have and two employability which students have had show significant differences on gender.
