面對政府財政困窘與高齡少子的人口結構改變，非營利組織推動公共事務已無法再持續高度依賴政府財政挹注，走向社會經濟組織的模式是近年許多非營利組織選擇的方向。然而，非營利組織從未投身過市場經濟活動，組織發展產業活動後，如何擬定策略推動產業活動，進而讓組織可持續性的運轉下去，是近年許多走向社會經濟組織的非營利組織所需關注的重要課題。菩提長青村是九二一震災重建下的產物，該個案透過「四生一體」的永續治理策略，發展出組織的社會經濟運作模式，讓組織具有高度的財務自主性，並且減少組織使用貨幣於市場經濟中獲取財貨的機會，創造出組織自身的永續治理策略。菩提長青村與筆者就讀的國立暨南國際大學共同擬定不同階段的多項行動計畫，推動菩提長青村發展社會經濟模式，以實踐該組織的社會目的與經濟目的。透過行動經驗的彙整與分析，本研究歸納出個案於生活、生產、生態與生命四大面向的治理策略，並期望作為相關組織推動社會經濟模式之參照。
There are some social streams crush our governmental governance in Taiwan, the major streams include: Free Market Economy, Elder Society and Low Fertility. Depending on Free Market Economy, government must promote more tax reduction policy to enterprises that have willing to investment in Taiwan, and then give less financial assistance to NPO. In the former streams, many NPOs start to transform to Social Economy Organization (SEOs) and make money from Market. However, these kind NPOs can't understand how to sustainable development in the Market through SEOs in Taiwan. In this study, author uses the case study and action research to find the sustainable development strategies of SEOs case-Bodhi Chang Ching Village. The framework of sustainable development constructed by four terms in this study, include: Production, Living, Ecology and Life. There are forth governance strategies of the local SEOs through action experience in this study, and author proposes the local sustainable development strategies of SEOs in Taiwan.
