組織中員工的合理化建言行為能夠改善工作流程和提高組織績效,對員工個人也有積極的影響,是新世紀戰略性人力資源管理研究的一個重要部分。本文對收集到的文獻進行內容分析後,首先比較了現有文獻中對員工建言行為的概念內涵的界定,然後對建言行為的維度劃分做了回顧與總結,接下來從不同的理論視角出發梳理了建言行為的影響因素以及影響結果。本文最後探討了建言行為未來的研究方向。
As used to improve the effectiveness and performance, voice behavior is one of the most important research fields of strategic human resource management system in the new century within an organization. This paper first concludes the definition of voice behavior on the base of the content analysis of previous literature, and summaries the types of voice behavior. Then this paper forms the determinants and consequences of voice behavior from different perspectives. Finally, this paper provides some directions for future research.
