近年來，由於科技的發達，網路霸凌成為新興的社會問題。網路霸凌主要是使用社群網站、電子郵件、聊天室、手機短信、相機圖片、即時通訊及部落格等技術作為霸凌手段，並故意和重複地對不能輕易保護自己的人，進行攻擊或挑釁，主要採取直接霸凌和間接霸凌兩種形式。因此，為了解目前網路霸凌相關研究議題，本研究以系統性文獻回顧，蒐集Web of Science核心合輯資料庫中關於網路霸凌的研究，探討網路霸凌涵蓋的主題，包括：霸凌與網路霸凌的定義、網路霸凌與傳統霸凌之間的差異、網路霸凌的管道和形式、網路霸凌的原因、網路霸凌的角色、網路霸凌有關的性別比較，以及網路霸凌其他相關因素之探討；其次是介紹網路霸凌預防之相關研究。最後，本研究透過網路霸凌的相關文獻研究結果，發展網路霸凌的預防性策略與計畫之實施，並對在教育上的涵義提供具體的建議。
