     本研究主要目的有二:(1)探討學生疏離感的四個層面(無力感、無意義感、 無規範感、隔離感),對於學生學業與性向的影響力。(2)探討學生疏離感與老師所知覺 的學校組織氣候,在學生學業與性向上是否具有交互作用。 為達到以上目的,隨機抽樣全臺灣地區 1201 名國中二年級學生,並施予「學生疏離感量表 」,「國中系列學業性向測驗」。 老師部份則為 252 名接受「組織氣候描述問卷」。學生 學業成就則以其智育總平均分數做為代表。 主要研究結果發現(1)學生疏離感確對學生學業有所影響,其中又以「無意義感」為最重 要的層面。(2)就整體而論,高疏離感的學生在學業成就上確比低疏離感者要差;然而在 學業性向上並無差異,代表他們仍有潛力,並非無可救藥。(3)學生疏離感與老師所知覺 的組織氣候並無顯著相關,在學生學業與性向上不具交互作用。以往所謂「低疏離高氣候」 一定好的看法並不成立。
