題名:台南市發展性動作失調學齡前兒童之鑑定過程與感覺統合治療效果之研究

本研究以探討「發展性協調疾患」兒童為主軸,分為兩個子研究,研究一探討經常用於診斷「發展性協調疾患」兒童的動作測驗工具:Movement Assessment Battery for Children (Movement ABC),應用於台南市兒童的適用性,包括信度、效度、與美國兒童的比較及建立常模等。研究二是探討「發展性協調疾患」兒童與正常兒童,在感覺處理相關測驗表現的差異,評量工具包括:「運動覺測驗」、「手指區辨測驗」「動作精確度測驗」、「視覺動作統整測驗」「伸展測驗」、「感覺史量表」、以及「活動量量表」。「發展性協調疾患」兒童又分為實驗組與對照組,實驗組接受三個月,24次的感覺統合治療,探討「發展性協調疾患」兒童對感覺統合治療的反應。
研究一的結果,Movement ABC動作測驗與教師檢核表,都有良好的施測者間信度、重測信度與效度。以分層取樣選取400位台南市四至六歲兒童進行施測,變異數分析結果顯示,地理區域和母親教育程度,對於兒童在Movement ABC各個分測驗的表現並無影響,但部分測驗則受到性別因素影響。比較台南市兒童與美國兒童在Movement ABC表現的差異,「手部精細操作」與「靜態與動態平衡」的絕大多數分測驗,台南市兒童的表現比美國兒童優異,且達到0.01顯著水準差異:「球類技巧」分類測驗,發現美國兒童對於移動中物體的接收與投擲能力明顯優於台灣兒童。因此以1068位四至六歲台南市兒童,依年齡與性別,建立台南市Movement ABC動作測驗之常模。
研究二,發現「發展性協調疾患」兒童在多項感覺處理相關測驗上的表現,均明顯比正常兒童差;接受三個月感覺統合治療的實驗組「發展性協調疾患」兒童,與對照組兒童,均進行前測後測,結果發現感覺統合對「發展性協調疾患」兒童有具體的治療效果,可改善他們的動作協能力,尤其是粗大動作的協調,也可改善過高的活動量與注意力的問題。Movement ABC動作測驗的總分,「運動覺測驗」,以及「感覺史」則可以反映感覺統合的治療效果。
