This study applied three-dimensional computer animation techniques for Vocational Senior High School drawing lesion while constructed a Teaching Web. The purpose was to develop a prototype of three-dimensional animation techniques to help graphic instruction. Therefore, this study established theory foundations according to the function of three-dimensional computer animation and related technical literature analysis, associated with CAI curriculum software development, the spatial ability theory, alignment history, situated learning theory, etc. Furthermore, this research collected Vocational Senior High School drawing curriculum standards. It includes six lessons of these standards: 1.Summary 2.Lines and Texts 3.Drawing of geometry 4.Orthographic projection 5.Dimension and annotate 6.Section view. The application feasibility was based on the evaluated functions of 3-D animation techniques. A prototype approach was used to develop the application system. The study included system feasibility analysis, system analysis, system design, and system construction. This research also constructed the following drawing lessons: teaching web prototype of Orthographic projection, isometric projection, and section view. The study concluded: 1.According to the first run formation evaluation, teachers appraising the web prototype was suitable for teaching and easy to use. 2.From the second formation evaluation, teachers approved that the system prototype related to the designed function, animation, interaction was good. Consequently, this study proposed a successive teaching platform development.
