題名:線上課程對高二學生四季成因概念學習的影響

本研究以概念改變理論為基礎,發展四季成因線上課程。研究方法採單一組前後測的實驗研究法,加上半結構式晤談方法,探討高二學生對於四季成因的另有概念,並評估其課程結束後的學習成效,及分析學生的空間能力對其四季成因概念學習的影響,最後歸納學生對此線上課程的綜合意見,以做為未來發展地球科學相關電腦網路教學課程的參考。研究結果顯示,高二學生普遍具有四季成因另有概念。在課程結束後,學生對四季成因概念理解有顯著進步,而學生空間能力也會影響其四季成因概念的學習。經調查學生對於四季成因線上課程的觀感,顯示學生普遍認為模擬動畫不僅能引起學習動機,更可以將文字難以表達的抽象概念具體呈現,使他們能夠藉由操弄動畫來探索四季成因概念。
The study developed an online course, Lesson Seasons, based on the theory of conceptual change. The main issues addressed in this study are: if senior high school students make progress after the online course, if students’ spatial ability influences their learning about the reason for the seasons, and what are students’ opinions about this online course. There were 76 eleventh grade students participating in this study in a senior high school at Taipei County, including 31 males and 45 females. The results showed that students’ understanding about the reason for the seasons made significant progress and those who had high spatial ability experienced even more progress. The qualitative data indicated that the animations in the online course played a major role in promoting students’ learning and in facilitating change in their concepts about seasons. In interviews, students reported that the animations increased their motivation to learn because of the interactive interface and the displaying of abstract concepts in concrete ways.
