本研究旨在探討警察人員對「家庭暴力危險分級管理試辦方案」的態度與認知。針對有無參與試辦方案各四個縣市之家暴防治官及家暴業務承辦人共42人為研究對象，以問卷詢問有無參與試辦方案的警察人員對了解家庭暴力案件之暴力行為模式、加害人的危險程度、被害人的保護扶助、加害人的預防輔導措施等有無不同，以作為日後試辦方案繼續實施的改進參考。研究結果顯示：有參與試辦方案者對於加害者之暴力行為模式、致命危險評估、實施的精神暴力及身體暴力、對家庭暴力加害人之預防措施及輔導方案均有較清楚的了解；過半數有參與試辦方案者贊成試辦方案能讓整個家暴案件處理流程更加順暢、可以促進家暴防治網絡的聯繫；但有參與者對試辦方案能否防止加害人再犯及適時提供被害人需要之保護措施等二項並未能完全達到試辦方案預期的目的。最後研究結果及受試者提出有關試辦方案的優點、缺點及疑問，對試辦方案後續實施及執行上所面臨的問題提供建議，期望能讓試辦方案更落實執行，並能提供被害人更好的保護扶助，且能有效的防制加害人再犯。

This study was to explore the difference of the attitude and cognition of police officers who did and did not participate in the domestic violence risk classification experimental program. A questionnaire was developed to collect 42 officers whether they had more knowledge on abuse types, risk levels, proper protection for victims, and proper prevention for abuser etc. The result showed that the officers under the program had more knowledge on abuse models, risk levels, and the proper prevention for abusers and most of them agreed that the program helped the process fluence, but they might not have confidence to successfully prevent futher abuse as well as protect victims in need as the purpose which the program orginally designed. The advantage and disadvantage of the program suggested by the officers were also being discussed to help future amendment for the program to have better effect on victim protection and abuse prevention.
