性侵害犯罪表面上是一種與性有關的犯罪,實際上,卻是一種暴力行為。不同的性侵害犯罪行為,具有不同類型的性侵害犯罪的動機、犯罪特性,因此不同的性侵害犯罪類型,應該發展不同之治療的方案。性侵害加害者之身心治療的方式與成效,不論在犯罪學界或者臨床心理學界,學者皆相當的關注。近年來,國內外從事性侵害加害者身心治療的學者、實務工作者,發現性侵害加害者與異性的親密關係、以及早期的依附經驗和性侵害犯罪之間有相當密切的關係。而個體之依附經驗,與早年照顧者之間互動所發展的人際關係有關。
本研究以調查研究法及個案研究法兩種方式進行研究。調查研究法的樣本中,性侵害加害者共有428人;比較組的受試者共有559人,合計有987人。其中亂倫加害者只有41人;戀童加害者有25人;一般性侵害加害者有362人。比較組方面,家暴者有25人;暴力犯有320人;財產犯有214人。個案研究法,共選取4名受試者為個案,分別為一般性侵害加害者、亂倫加害者、戀童加害者、及一名本研究之預試個案,其屬於一般性侵害加害者。
研究結果發現:1.幼年時期家庭居住環境,屬於不完整家庭比率高。2.性侵害被害人以年齡以13-18歲、女性、和加害者認識者居多,犯罪的動機以「情緒憤怒」為動機者最多,徒手做案的犯罪人較多。3.「安全依附」、「焦慮依附」、「忽略逃避依附」、「害怕逃避依附」四個個人依附經驗的變項,對於親密關係的四個變項,即「主動積極」、「坦誠表露」、「自我肯定」、「自我悅納」有良好的解釋力。4.「四個親密關係的變項對個人依附關係的四個變項有良好的解釋力。5.性侵害加害者與一般犯罪組之受試者,在家庭動力的比較上,沒有明顯的不同。在個人依附關係上,二者除了在忽略逃避依附關係上無差異外,其餘三項個人依附經驗有一些差異存在。6.性侵害加害者之個人依附經驗可以區分為兩類,分別是人際滿意依附型;另一類為寂寞孤立依附型。7.個案研究發現,性侵害加害者具有不安全的依附經驗。本研究獲得之結論,對於性侵害加害者犯罪成因之了解,以及性侵害加害者之身心治療的模式,均提供理論與實務工作上之助益。
