自從全球金融危機後，國內失業率屢創歷史新高，在職工作者面臨了裁員、減薪、無薪休假的壓力，如何了解及協助在職者解除生活壓力進而提升職場工作效率是本文主要探討的議題。本研究欲了解當在職工作者面臨到壓力時最常使用的通性頻率，使用AHP的層級架構、basic covering的方法設計問卷，透過問卷發放、回收與整理，計算出在職工作者面臨壓力時最常提取使用的行為通性之權重。問卷的結果提供給管理者，讓管理者可以針對經常佔有在職者注意力的行為通性，進行策略制定與有效的管理，使在職工作者在面臨壓力時能運用有效的通性，採取積極求解的方式解除壓力，進而提昇職場的工作效率。

We investigate the relative frequency of eight strong circuit patterns of common behavior that occupy the worker’s mind and attention when they are confronted with charges in the workplace. Using pair-wise comparisons of questionnaire survey and the basic covering method, the relative frequency of these eight circuit patterns are computed. The results can help management improvement as to make workers much happier and productive.
