題名:基督教教會牧執同工資訊素養內涵之研究--以臺中市為例

將聖經真理與生命教育向普世清楚傳達,一直是基督教熱切追求的目標。 從舊約、新約,直到近代,聖經由寫在草蒲紙、羊皮卷上,到透過紙本印刷、 廣播電視的傳播,在在顯示教會一直在歷史中運用不同的媒介宣揚耶穌福音。 因此,耶穌福音發言人—基督教教會牧執同工如何運用現代資訊科技將古老 福音貼近人心,實為重要。 本研究在探討教會牧執同工在宣傳福音時所需具備的資訊素養內涵之重要 準則為何。本研究首先利用模糊德菲法針對資訊素養的構面進行評估,之後 利用模糊層級分析法針對構面及構面下的準則進行重要性的排序。經研究結果 發現,教會牧執同工所需具備最重要之資訊素養為:「電腦素養」與「網路 素養」;而構面下準則的重要性排序之前三項為:(1)「會使用文書簡報軟 體」,(2)「會使用社群網站」,(3)「能判斷傳播媒體所發表的言論內 容,哪些是事實,哪些是個人觀點或輿論」。
Disseminating the truths and life education of the Bible to the world has been the goal of Christian practice. Through the scriptures of Old Testament and New Testament written on papyrus, vellum and print media as well as disseminating via radio and TV in modern times, it has proved that Christian churches have kept applying different media to propagate gospel in history. Therefore, how coworkers of churches in Christ, the voice of gospel of Christ, apply modern information technology to make ancient Gospel touch the heart of all mankind is quite important. The purpose of this research was to determine the criteria that reflect the required information literacy in disseminating Christianity to the world. Research was conducted using a two-step procedure that first utilized Fuzzy Delphi Method to establish the proper criteria by which the importance of information literacy can be measured. We then applied the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the importance of each criterion to the coworkers of the church in disseminating Christianity. Based on the four information literacy constructs, this study found that “Computer literacy” and “Network literacy” are the ones of the most critical constructs, while the criteria “Being able to use word processing and presentation software,” “Being able to use blog,” and “The ability to determine whether the media discourse is the facts, personal perspective or public opinions” are the most important criteria.
