淡水一滴水紀念館係由日本移築而來的木造古宅,具有豐富的建築與文化意涵。籌備期間雖未對外開放,但已針對解說員進行培訓,現有之解說內容若欲完整呈現需費時約2小時,但由於場域面積狹小,且問卷調查結果顯示受訪者大多認為解說時間以20至40分鐘較理想,為滿足正式開放後大量遊客之導覽需求,必需針對現有解說內容加以適當調整,然由於尚未開放參觀,解說員對遊客進行解說的經驗仍較缺乏,在正式開放初期,解說員恐須面臨不知如何針對龐大知識內容進行去蕪存菁之窘境。因此,本研究旨在針對現有導覽解說之效益加以評估,並嘗試建立數學模式,以針對現有各導覽解說項目之時間分配加以規劃,分析在導覽時間受限下,如何極大化解說之效益。
Tamsui Itteki Memorial House is an ancient wooden house moved from Japan. In the preparation stage, the training of the voluntary interpreters had been launched. Because of its abundant meanings of architecture, culture, and history, the whole interpretation contents include 6 main topics and take 2 hours. Although all the topics are very important, a 2-hour long interpretation journey is too long to make tourists continually concentrated. Hence, this research aims at evaluating the performances of the interpretation topics by using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and further trying to present an optimization model to obtain the optimal time allocation for the interpretation topics with the objective of maximizing the benefit of interpreting Tamsui Itteki Memorial House within a limited interpretation time. The results of this research can be a reference of modifying the existing contents and training materials of interpreting Tamsui Itteki Memorial House.
