本研究旨在探討國小三年級資訊素養課程實施之成效，並比較不同性別和學業成就學生在資訊素養學習之差異情形。研究對象為雲嘉地區一所國小的138名三年級學生，他們每星期接受二節資訊素養相關課程，此課程內容包括資訊素養過程，及圖書館、圖像媒體和電腦網路素養等資訊素養範圍，課程共進行一學年。測驗工具是三年級資訊素養測驗，由研究者自編，共施測3次。研究結果發現學生的3次測驗成績持續進步，表示資訊素養教學具有成效；資訊素養課程對女生的成效較男生佳；資訊素養課程的效果對社會科成績高者為佳，其他科別則無差異。
