題名:實習生成就感與影響因素間之路徑研究

網際網路與無線網路的應用普及而形成了無所不在的資通訊科技環境,導致網路使用者急速成長。除了著重資訊素養與資訊倫理的通識教育外,資通安全技術的重要性也隨之日益增加。本研究提出三個影響實習生成就感之因素,其包括 (1)專業知識與技能、(2)投入與接受挑戰、(3)合作與學習,並以參與民國100年度資通安全實習計畫於寒暑假期間之43位學生的有效問卷進行統計分析。本文採用逐步迴歸分析法分析研究模型,研究結果發現影響實習生成就感之重要路徑模型。最後,討論未來研究方向。
As the popularity of Internet and wireless network applications, it builds a ubiquitous communication environment and the rapid growth of Internet users. In addition to focus the information literacy and information ethics, the importance of information and communication security technology also will be increasing. In this study, we firstly proposed three factors that affect the interns’ sense of accomplishment, including (1) the professional knowledge and skills, (2) inputs and accept the challenge, (3) cooperation and learning. Then, there are 43 valid questionnaires, from students participating the Information and Communication Security Internship Program in the summer and winter of 2011, for statistical analysis. According to stepwise regression analysis model, the results showed interns’ sense of accomplishment path model. Finally, we discuss the direction of future research.
