The purposes of this research were to explore the relationship between work value and well-being among the international hotels' employees in southern Taiwan. A questionnaire survey method by convenience sampling was used to collect data in this research. 412 valid samples were collected and valid rate was 82.40% from the international hotels' employees in southern Taiwan. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results indicated that: (1) The employees' cognition of work values was at high positive level. Human interaction was the most important factor. The employees' cognition of well-being was at upper-middle level. (2) It was significantly positive correlation between work value and well-being. (3) Work value had significantly positive influence and predictive effects on well-being. Self-actualization and human interaction were the main predictive variables. According to results, we suggest that the company have to select employees with positive work values in the future. Meanwhile the company must construct a friendly environment to enhance employees' well-being for increasing employees' performances.
