反思團隊（reflecting team）是由Andersen和同僚在1987年發展而來，透過空間和時間結構設計及多人參與，促成家族治療歷程中公開、多元精神的實踐，並在國內外心理治療臨床實務及督導訓練場域廣為運用。本文回顧與整理反思團隊的相關文獻、以及後進學者的評論，並輔以筆者實務應用的經驗，依次陳述：一、反思團隊的介紹，包括反思團隊的發展、進行原則（早期與後期運用原則）、進行流程、空間安排；二、實務應用價值、相關爭議及多元應用方式，以供對反思團隊有興趣的實務工作者及研究者參考。
