The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship of social adjustment, attachment and identity of adolescent students with hearing impaired. A self-designed scale was developed and used to survey on 828 adolescent students with hearing impaired of secondary education school in Taiwan. The collected data have been processed and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, liner regression, categorical regression, independent t test and one-way MANOVA. The findings were summarized as follows:
1. The responses of adolescent students with hearing impaired to social adjustment scales, parental attachment scales, peer attachment scales, and self-identity scales gained above moderate degree. And the tendency of the culture identity of adolescent students with hearing impaired were toward culturally bilateral.
