自從網際網路在九零年代被發明以來,因為其資訊共享與訊息傳遞的特性,很快的在我們的日常生活普及起來。但是,也因為其使用的便利性,如果沒有適當的控制,對於網路過度的依賴或是濫用,可能對人們在人際關係或是身心健康上,造成負面的影響。這種網路成癮(Internet addiction)現象,泛指對於過度沉迷網路而形成的一種行為性成癮的失序行為,我們稱之為網路強迫症(Internet Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, IOCD)。這種網路強迫症對於一個人的生理、心理狀態的傷害不亞於藥物成癮或是病態的賭博成癮。
由於大學生在學習的環境上,經常需要透過網路來完成,所以相對於青少年或是成年人來講,是特別暴露在高危險的環境當中。由於現有研究大多以設計成癮量表來統計總分或是符合的項目,以診斷其網路成癮的程度,而非衡量網路成癮相關因子重要的程度或是彼此間的關係。本研究以多準則決策的方法結合相關文獻的整理,將網路成癮相關因子歸納為成癮症狀、成癮行為、成癮問題與成癮心理認知四個構面;而在每個構面中又分別包含了對應準則,透過問卷的資料蒐集方式與模糊類神經網路(Fuzzy Neural Network, FNN)進行準則重要性程度之分析、相依程度或是因果關係進行研究。此外,並以模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP)與模糊網路分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Network Process, FANP)來與本方法對準則重要性加以比較。研究發現\症狀"為網路成癮的關鍵構面,而\無法控制"與\電腦成癮"是關鍵準則;而這些研究結果可提供給相關人員在輔導上作為日後研究參考的依據。
The invention of the Internet makes information sharing and transmission more and more convenient and popular in our daily lives. Using the Internet in moderation
brings numerous benets to practically all users. However, excessive dependence over the Internet turning into addictions often results in serious problems aecting
one physically, mentally or interpersonally. We attribute this Internet addiction as an impulse-control disorder, i.e., Internet Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (IOCD).
Its impact is as strong as intoxicating drug and is as worse as pathological gambling in which damages can be done to one's mental state jeopardizing his personal life
and social life.
Comparing to teenagers or adults, university students have higher chances to access the Internet for class assignments or projects. With constant exposure, whether
they like it or not, they inevitably fall prey to the addiction in this seemingly dangerous environment. Owing to this, this study is to nd causes and their relations
among various reasons and aspects through the literature to deduce certain rules for Internet Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Our research is based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) and related researches about Internet addiction, four dimensions of IOCD: symptoms, behavior,
problems and cognitive psychology are induced, where there are 5 criteria in each of these dimensions. We apply Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) to determine the
importance degree of each criterion after collecting data through questionnaires. In addition, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarch Process (FAHP) and Fuzzy Analytic Network
Process (FANP) methods are used to compare to our approach to reveal importance, dependency or causal relationship between these criteria. As a result, we nd that
IOCD symptoms are the key dimension, in which the loss of control plays a crucial role. This study concludes that the threshold as to where the loss of control starts
might serve as means for further research to health-care professionals.
