目的:本研究旨在探討職場友誼、組織認同、工作滿意度對幸福感之關係,研究對象以企業內部有組織運動社群的員工為對象。方法:採問卷調查法,共回收有效問卷503份,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)及結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。結果:職場友誼對組織認同有正向的影響,職場友誼對工作滿意有正向影響,職場友誼對幸福感有正向影響,組織認同對工作滿意有正向影響,工作滿意對幸福感有正向影響。結論:企業員工在運動涉入後,企業員工在職場友誼的友善工作環境中工作,對組織產生認同為公司願景努力,在工作上員工的合作使員工有較高的工作滿意度,工作上的成就及有良好績效,在員工的成就與滿足自然產生幸福感。故依此結論以運動情境建構之職場友誼、組織認同、工作滿意度與幸福感四個變項的關聯對企業產生的重要性提出相關建議,供政府及企業單位參考。
Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between workplace friendship, organizational identity and job satisfaction, and sense of well-being. This study enrolled enterprise employees participating in sports club as the research subjects. Method: This study conducted a questionnaire survey, and a total of 503 valid questionnaires were returned. This study used independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM) as the research tools. Results: Workplace friendship has a positive effect on organizational identity; workplace friendship has a positive effect on job satisfaction; workplace friendship has a positive effect on sense of well-being; organizational identity has a positive effect on job satisfaction; job satisfaction has a positive effect on sense of well-being. Conclusion: After the sports involvement, enterprise employees are able to work in a friendly work environment with workplace friendship and develop an organizational identity to make efforts for company visions. In terms of work, employees’ cooperation enables them to develop a higher job satisfaction and achieve a better performance. Besides, employees’ achievement and satisfaction make them naturally develop a sense of well-being. Therefore, based on the result above, this study established the connection among 4 variables, workplace friendship, organizational identity, job satisfaction, and sense of well-being, using sports situations, and proposed relevant suggestions according to their importance to enterprises as reference for the government and enterprises.
