〈給父親的信〉顯示了馬克思在進入大學不久後即經歷了內在激烈的有 關法哲學立場的精神風暴，從康德開端的德國古典法哲學發展歷程，在他身上快 轉，定格於黑格爾，為馬克思主義的誕生做了準備的工作。本文試圖粗略地檢視 馬克思家書中所提到的幾位哲學家的法哲學思想，以便從大學時期的馬克思有關 法哲學的思考線索當中，理解馬克思與德國古典哲學的關係，進而從中發掘醞釀 馬克思主義誕生的火種。

　　　　　The "Letter to His Father" shows that, soon after Marx entered Berlin University, he experienced a violent spiritual storm regarding his standpoint of the philosophy of law. The evolution of the German classical philosophy of law, from Kant to Hegel, quickly went through Marx and well prepared him for the birth of Marxism. This thesis intends to exam some of the philosophers' thoughts on the philosophy of law that were mentioned in Marx's letter home so that we can see the relationship between Marx and German classical philosophy from the young Marx's thoughts on the philosophy of law and further discern what nurtured the birth of Marxism.
