Huang Di Nei Jing was compiled in the Han Dynasty. Research is the Han inherits the tradition of Huang Di and Lao Zi to a considerable extent. It develops the practical purpose of "Following the Way of Nature" with "Chi" and "Laws" as the foundation of the doctrine. Here the immanence of "Chi" and "Laws" not only contains the static order of beings; it also explores the dynamic laws of movement of beings. Therefore this paper intends to study the immanence of "Chi" and how the concept plays its role in its interpretation system of beings. We also try to illuminate how "Chi" influences and changes each other from the perspective of "Status"-Wei. Then we will discuss separately "the position and the circular Way of Yin-yang" and "the categorization and the movement of Five Elements" to complete the interpretative discourse of the Laws of Yin-yang and Five Elements.
