批判性思考之重要性不亞於創造性思考,卻向來未在學校中受到應有的重視。長久以來,課程與教學中幾乎都沒有這方面的設計或安排。課程目標中即使提到批判性思考也不夠具體,教師與學生無所遵從。 本文的目的在探討批判性思考的定義,教師應具備什麼知能俾便指導學生做批判性思考,以及如何透過教學和生活情境培養學生批判性思考的態度、傾向和批判性思考技能。希望教師能因此更重視批判性思考教學的研究。
People living in a changing society need to be able to think critically in order to make decision everyday. Unfortunately, our schools have not provided any curriculum or instruction for students to learn critical thinking skills. Goals of curriculum may concern critical thing skills but not clear enough for teachers to know what to do and how to do. In this article, the author tries to explore definitions of critical thinking, goals of curriculum, the teacher's expertise and strategies of teaching critical thinking.
