本研究運用薩提爾家族治療模式介入患者之家庭，探討壓食症患者的家族在家族治療的曆程中，其轉化的曆程爲何？針對在精神科接受門診及進行過一段個別、團體心理治療後，由醫師評估認爲有必要轉介進行家族治療之一個壓食症患者的家庭進行持續四個月每週一次的家族治療，以敘說研究的結構分析架構試圖描繪薩提爾家族治療模式轉化曆程如何發生於整個家庭系統，可以協助家族治療實務工作者更理解薩提爾家族治療模式「轉化」的理論基礎及其發生的曆程，除了在實務工作上有清晰的步驟指引依循，並可提昇薩提爾家族治療模式的水準。

This study investigated the transformational processes of a family with an anorexia nervosa patient during family therapy sessions which adopted the Satir Model. The family of an anorexia nervosa patient, who had received OPD services and individual and group psychological treatments and was referred by psychiatrists for family therapy, participated in weekly family therapy sessions for 4 months. This study used the method of structure analysis of narrative research and illustrated the transformational processes of the Satir model in family therapy during the sessions. This study helped family therapy practitioners have a better understanding of the theory and practice of the Satir model, and also provided a step-by-step instruction of the procedure to improve the quality of family therapy using the Satir model.
