　　　　　本文旨在探討教育體系中最基層的教師所面臨的工作壓力，及其因應方式。首先，瞭解教師工作壓力的定義，探討教師工作壓力的來源，並進一步的探討教師工作壓力的理論模式：提出Kyriacou與Sutcliffe的理論模式，及Moracco與McFadden補充修正後的壓力模式架構，並提到教師工作壓力產生的影響情形。 其次，探討因應壓力的方式。瞭解壓力因應的定義，壓力因應的理論，提出Lazarus與Folkman的壓力因應認知理論，最後，對教師工作壓力及因應方式加以深入的探討。冀望這樣的探討，能幫助教師瞭解面對的壓力，並找到因應紓解的管道。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to explore the working stress and the coping method for teachers in the educational school system. First, the study focuses on the definition of teacher working stress, the cause and effect for the teacher working stress, and the stress theory model from Kyriacou & Sutcliffe, and the modification model from Moracco & McFadden. Secondly, the study concentrates on the definition and theory of stress coping methods, and the cognition of stress coping theroy model from Lazarus & Folkman. Lastly, the study penetrates interaction into the teacher working stress and coping methods, and provides suggestions for all of suffering working stress teachers.
