The purpose of this study was to explore the working stress and the coping method for teachers in the educational school system. First, the study focuses on the definition of teacher working stress, the cause and effect for the teacher working stress, and the stress theory model from Kyriacou & Sutcliffe, and the modification model from Moracco & McFadden. Secondly, the study concentrates on the definition and theory of stress coping methods, and the cognition of stress coping theroy model from Lazarus & Folkman. Lastly, the study penetrates interaction into the teacher working stress and coping methods, and provides suggestions for all of suffering working stress teachers.
