地方產業文化活動幾乎均涉及農產業。在地方建立以農產業成為核心資源，必須完成以農業為中心之文化論述，同時發展地方產業文活動，並獲得社會認同，才能使本地及外來民眾關心農村，走入農村，且繁榮地方經濟。本文嘗試將農業產業文化之內涵、活動類別及展現之具體形式進行更清楚之定義，蒐集歷年來臺灣各鄉鎮地區所舉辦之農業產業文化活動加以整理並歸納之，並就目前因辦理文化產業活動可能產生之文化風險（複製文化、速食文化、缺乏主體、去故事化）加以分析，期待未來各鄉村地區再舉辦相似之農業產業文化活動時，其內涵及呈現方式能採取不一樣之發展策略而有新的面貌，即採取地方文化再生、開創就業、鄉村組織整合、鄉村風貌重現等策略，以創造具備地方產業文化的鄉村生活美學。

Local industrial culture activities almost highly involve agricultural industry. To establish agricultural industries become the core resources of country area need to be the key point of contention of local culture. When agricultural industry becomes the center of culture dissertator, it should get social identification from local people at the same time. Then, stakeholders will take care about the rural area, visit the country place more, and keep the country economic glorious. This disquisition tried to identify the intension of agricultural industry cultural activities, category and concrete style clearly, searching those activities which are held within each county and generalizing the different forms in Taiwan during the past decade. Then, to analyze the culture risks (copy, instant, lack of subject, no storytelling) after the activities have came off, excepting these activities will more culturalized when the similar one be held in countryside, including the essence and performance. All stakeholders who involve with these activities need to develop different strategies (local culture production, create occupation development, rural organization integration, rural style and features reformation) for stimulating agricultural activities to innovate new style and features, then it will create more aesthetic of ruralism in the future.
