In this study, five poor families were analyzed from economical, social and psychological aspects. We found that their life style and practice pattern of poverty families are not homogeneous. Although they are all classified as poverty families, there are different reasons to cause the poor condition, different models of their interaction to society and psychological adjustment process which shown the multilateral dimensions of social constraints to their life. The anti-poverty policy proposals include the followings. Regarding women's labor policy, part-time model can be the major participation form for the female labor force and increase the protection for part-time workers. On the dimension of accumulating property, government can encourage private organizations to take social enterprises model to help the poor improve their life opportunities, and to consider "working families tax credit" program to assist the poor through tax incentives to retain assets. Finally, the government policy should put the focus from family level, then to community, national and global level, with the concept of social solidarity of equal opportunities to all.
