題名：保留工資水準、地區失業率對長期失業有解釋力嗎？

本研究關心於台灣日益嚴重的長期失業現象，特別關注影響人們成為長期失業者的可能因素。研究使用行政院主計處的「人力運用調查」資料庫，除檢定長期失業者的人口及就業特質外，並結合納入地區失業率、保留工資等變項，進行結合結構變項與個人變項的變項檢定分析。經由對實證資料的分析，本研究發現，在2008年以前，年齡對人們成為長期失業者有穩定的解釋力。其次，失業原因及縣市失業率在部分年度對失業者的失業週數有解釋力，但並不穩定。又失業原因對人們是否是長期失業者的解釋力不強烈。另外，保留工資對於失業者的失業週數並沒有明顯的解釋力。在各變項對長期失業的解釋力不強烈且不穩定的情況下，跨年度的綜合性邏輯迴歸，亦未能獲得符合一般期待的統計水準。最後，研究者針對進行長期失業現象研究提出研究方法的討論及建議。
This research project study upon Taiwan’s long-term unemployment, The National Statistic Bureau’s ‘Manpower Survey’ database (2001-2009) was employed in this research.The variables including the characteristics of this target group, local unemployment rate and reservation wage were test and demonstrated. A combined analysis that including structure variable as local unemployment rate, demographics variables and personal exception as reservation wage were conduct. The findings are: 1.The local unemployment rate and the scale of long-term unemployment are slightly relative. 2. There are strong relation between age and long-term unemployed. 3. There are little relation between personal exception as reservation wage and long-term unemployed. 4. Even all possible variables were included in statistic model we don’t get strong explanation for long-term unemployed. Finally, there would be a dialogue between research findings and policy design.
