This study explored the possibility of using Facebook as an auxiliary tool in elementary school computer classes. The goal was to improve students’ learning attitudes and learning effectiveness in computer classes. There were 104 fifth graders from 4 classes as the main study subjects, which could be divided into one control group and one experimental group. The experimental group would be taught network literacy by Facebook. The control group would be taught the same course by traditional lectures. The results showed that learning attitudes, network literacy and course satisfaction of the subjects in the experimental group were significant. It indicated that Facebook could enhance the students’ learning attitudes and learning effectiveness.
