題名:消防救護人員工作壓力與生活品質關係之研究

目的:探討都市地區消防救護人員工作壓力對生活品質之影響。方法:以臺北市政府消防局外勤消防救護人員,並執行緊急救護之救護人員為問卷對象,總計240份問卷,有效問卷回收189份(79%)。並以單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、獨立樣本t-test、雪費法事後分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:工作壓力變項中小隊長的工作控制認知顯著高於隊員(p < .05);工作控制及工作心理負荷變項中離婚者皆顯著高於未婚與已婚(p < .05)。並在生理健康與心理變項顯著高於社會關係與環境範疇(PH>SC, EV;PS>SC, EV, p < .05);以及工作心理負荷變項中其生理健康與環境範疇變項皆顯著高於社會關係(PH>SC;EV>SC, p < .05)。工作壓力之工作控制與生理健康因素、心理因素、社會關係因素及環境因素等向度構面間皆呈顯著正相關(r = .273, p < .05; r = .301, p < .05;r = .182, p < .05;r = .210, p < .05)。工作壓力之工作心理負荷與生活品質之生理健康因素間則呈顯著負相關(r = -.193, p < .05)。結論:工作控制能力越高與工作心理負荷低的消防救護人員,其生理、心理、社會關係及環境因素等向度構面較佳,也呈現較好的生活品質。
Objective: To study the impact of work stress on fire emergency medical technicians in urban areas regarding the quality of healthy living. Methods: To take the fire emergency medical technicians of the Taipei City Government Fire Department as the research objects, and they are also emergency rescue worker. The paper questionnaires were issued by 240 representative samples, 189 valid samples and the effective response rate was 79%. The methods on this paper are statistical analysis of one-way ANOVA, independent sample t-test, snow fee post-mortem analysis and Pearson product difference correlation, and they are determined to be α=.05. Results: The work control cognition of the team leader in the work control variable was significantly higher than that of the team members (p<.05); the physiological health and psychological variables were significantly higher than the social relationship and environmental category (PH>SC, EV; PS>SC, EV, p<.05). The physiological health and environmental category variables in the work psychological load variables was significantly higher than the social relationship (PH>SC; EV>SC, p<.05). The marital status of divorce in work control and work load variables was significantly higher than that of unmarried and married (p<.05). The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between work control of work stress and physiological health factors, psychological factors, social relationship factors and environmental factors (r=.273, p<.05; r=.301, p<.05; r=.182, p<.05; r=.210, p<.05) There is a significant negative correlation between the work stress of psychological load and the physiological health factors of quality of life (r=-.193, p<.05). Conclusion: The fire emergency medical technicians with higher work control ability and lower psychological load are indicated have better responses on physical, psychological, social and environmental factors, and also have better quality of life.
