雖然許多學者都注意到團隊文化的現象,然而截至目前為止,有關團隊文化的研究仍極為缺乏,因而本研究的主要目的在探討團隊文化此一現象,以質化研究的方法建構團隊文化及內容。本研究以職業棒球隊與大專社會甲組棒球隊為對象進行研究,從多方面來收集資料,主要的資料來源分別為訪談、球隊風格陳述句、以及文獻背景資料。資料分析結果得到 12個向度的團隊價值觀。整體而言,研究結果顯示出本地運動團隊的文化特性。最後,本研究針對研究結果進行討論,並對研究結果的理論意涵與未來的研究方向提出建議。
Although sport psychologists regularly noticed the phenomenon "team culture" no empirical study has been developed to study this concept. This study is designed by qualitative method to explore the constructs and contents of values in sports teams. Subjects of this study are two baseball teams, a professional team and a university team. Data are gathered from multiple resources: interviews, naming team by athletes themselves, and other publications. The results show 12 categories, contain 71 team values, are founded. The results explicit the Chinese culture in the sports teams in Taiwan. After discussing the results, theoretical meaning and future research are suggested.
