題名:從被害者學觀點探討國中校園勒索暴行暨其被害恐懼感

     本研究係在探討「臺灣地區國民中學學生勒索現象及其被害恐懼感」,一則希望 能了解目前國中學生之勒索現象及其被害恐懼感之現況,再則希望能發現「學生勒索現象中 被勒索及勒索被害恐懼感的相關因素」,三則希望能更進一步地驗證研究者經文獻探討後所 建立之勒索被害恐懼感之邏輯迴歸模式」、「勒索現象中加害者、被害者、被害恐懼者之重 疊理論」及「勒索被害恐懼感之洛基對數線性模式」。 為達到上述目的,本研究採問卷調查法,研究者利用國科會「臺灣地區不同家庭背景子女受 教機會差異之研究」專案,在進行全省抽樣調查之同時,加入第四部分-校園經驗與生活狀 況,並於民國八十一年五、六月間完成調查,計得有效樣本 9,305 份。 根據資料之特性及研究目的, 分別採用次數分配、平均數、卡方檢定、t- 檢定、邏輯迴歸 分析( Logistical regression analysis )、 洛基對數線性分析( Logit loglinear model )、積差相關等統計方法來進行分析工作。 茲綜合研究發現如下: (一)國中學生勒索現象之現況-ヾ有 5 %的學生曾在校園中被勒索; ゝ校園勒索最常發 生在下課時候;ゞ校園勒索最常發生在教室及走廊;々校園勒索之加害人以一人為最多;ぁ 校園勒索之加害人和被害人以舊識居多;あ校園勒索之加害人以本校學生為最多;ぃ校園勒 索發生後,向校方報告的只有 7.0 %。 (二)國中學生勒索被害恐懼感之現況-有 43.2 %的學生害怕會在校內被同學勒索。 (三)國中學生被勒索之相關因素-本研究發現院轄市、男性、二年級、智育及德育成績較 低、訓導紀錄較差、不良朋友較多、偏差行為較多的學生較易受害。 (四)國中學生勒索被害恐懼感之相關因素-本研究發現居住在院轄市、女性、低年級、身 高較矮、不具強權取巧之心理特質、較具容忍從眾、擔憂焦慮等心理特質、學校表現較佳、 較少自陳偏差行為、父母共同生活在一起、父親社經地位較高、較少不良交友、較多被害經 驗的學生傾向於擁有被害恐懼感。 (五)「勒索被害恐懼感之多變項迴歸模式」獲得相當程度之驗證;預測學生是否具有被害 恐懼感的正確率由隨機的 50 %提高至 66 %左右,顯著地提高了預測力。 (六)「勒索現象中加害者、被害者、被害恐懼者之重疊理論」獲得證實。 (七)「校園勒索被害恐懼感之洛基對數線性模式」獲得若干程度的證實。 最後研究者根據研究發現,對社會、學校、家庭提出防制學生被害與被害恐懼感之建議,更 在檢討本研究之限制後,對後續之研究提出若干建議。
     School violence and fear of victimization in the junior high school are serious problems, and the researcher has recognized this issue and has finished several reports. Owing to money related, blackmail is quite unique though it is one of school violence. So, the researcher is trying to explore victimization of blackmail and its fear in the junior high school, Taiwan, R.O.C., especially from the victimological perspective. In this study, the researcher collected 9,305 questionnaires from Taiwan Area in 1992. SPSSPC+ is utilized to analyze data, including frequency, X ��,t-test, logistical regression analysis, logit loglinear model, and correlation coeffient. The purposes are: (1) To explore the present situation of blackmail victimization and its fear in the junior high school; (2) To explore the factors related to the blackmail victimization and the fear of blackmail; (3) To vertify the logistic regression model of the fear of blackmail which is proposed by the researcher; (4) To vertify the overlap theory of offenders, victims, and the fearful about the blackmail in the junior high school; (5) To vertify the logit loglinear model of the fear of blackmail which is proposed by the researcher. In conclusion, the researcher presents some suggestions for prevention of blackmail victimization and its fear in the school to society, school, and family according to the findings from this study. For the future research in this area, the researcher proposes some suggestions after reviewing the limitations of this study.
