本研究旨在採取質化研究來了解離異單親家庭青少年的生活適應情況，以立意取 樣選取台南市公立國中二年級，曾經歷父母離異事件的男、女生各4名進行深度訪談。結果 發現如下：在「整體生活適應」方面：(1)女生較能調適心情，尋求外在的同儕支持。(2)與 母親居住者，雖有經濟壓力，但得到的關懷和督導較多，而與父親居住者，即使經濟保障多， 適應條件也沒有明顯的優勢。(3)長時間父母離異者，主要遭遇家庭持續衝突、家長再婚、家 庭的頻繁遷徒等問擾，短時間者則遭遇生活改變的衝擊較大，不過離異時間短並不意謂著家 庭衝突的短暫。 　　在「個人生活適應」方面：隨著離異時間的增長、離異家庭子女不管經歷多少生活事件 的轉變，大多會更客觀評估父母的離異，逐漸改善適應情況。在「學校生活適應」方面，離 異家庭子女的人際關係，不太受家庭因素影響，與同儕的親近頻繁，其學習適應與家長的管 教方式有關，如果家長的管教是持續一致，適時關心，子女的學習困擾較少。在「家庭生活 適應」方面，離異家庭子女較常產生經濟壓力和家庭衝突的困擾，而衝突所帶來的傷害又比 經濟壓力嚴重。

　　　　　The purpose of this study was to understand the adjustment of adolescents from divorced families and the relative factors affecting adjustment. For purpose of the study, qualitative research was used. Eight divorced-family adolescents from junior high school of Tainan were interviewed. The findings of interview were as follows: １.In the divorced families, female adolescents had better adjustment than male ones. ２.The adjustment of divorced-family adolescents was not affected by custodial parents' sex. ３.The adjustment of divorced-family adolescents was not affected by their parents' divorced time. ４.The adjustment of divorced-family adolescents was affected neither by custodial parents' sex nor by their sex. ５.Adolescents from divorced families would evaluate parents' divorce events objectively and improve their adjustment with times going by. ６.Interpersonal adjustment was not so associated with family factors in divorced families. ies.
