本研究旨在了解團體過程中領導者與成員之間工作同盟在團體過程中的變化情形;工作同盟與成員滿意度、團體目標達成度的相關情形。 本研究是以彰化師大及靜宜大學四十六位自願報名參加自我成長團體的大學生為對象,分為結構組與低結構組四組團體,由四位彰化師大輔研所博士班研究生擔任團體領導者,進行十週每次九十分鐘的團體諮商。在每次團體結束後,領導者與成員分別填答「工作同盟量表」,而成員則另外填答「團體成員滿意度量表」及「團體目標達成度量表」。主要研究發現如下: 1.領導者與成員的工作同盟在團體初呈現穩定發展狀態,團體中期呈現不穩定且略為下降,直到團體後期則又有上昇的趨勢。領導者與成員對同盟強度的認定則有一致的傾向。 2.工作同盟與團體成員滿意度、目標達成度有顯著關聯,可以有效預測團體結果。 研究者最後根據研究結果提供建議,以供團體諮商實務工作者、話商專業訓練及進一步研究的參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand how working alliance changes during the group process. We also explore the factors that influence the extent of members' satisfaction and goal achievement. Forty-six volunteer students from National Changhua University of Education and Providence University constitute the personal growth groups. Groups are divided into four small groups, which include structural and unstructural, and are lead by four doctoral students in Graduate School of Guidance and Counseling, National Changhua University of Education. Group counseling is held in ninety-minute session each for ten weeks. After each session, the "Working Alliance Inventory" is completed by both leaders and members, and the "Group Member Satisfaction Questionnaire" and "Group Members' Feedback Questionnaire" arc completed by members only. Our main Findings are as follows: 1.Alliance between leaders and members develops steadily in the initial stage, and becomes unstable in the mid-stage, however, the alliance rises again in the final stage. The alliance development felt by members is consistent with leaders. 2. There is significant correlation between working alliance and the extent of members satisfaction as well as goal achievement. Working alliance is a good indicator of group outcome. According to the results in this study, the researcher presents suggestions for group counseling practice, professional training and further studies in the future.
