本研究旨在探討企業於網際網路上從事電子商務時,其服務品質與顧客行為意向間的關係。經調查499名受訪者後,發現個人關懷、內容資訊及溝通介面等三構面對整體顧客之行為意向有顯著影響。此外,本研究並以顧客性別及涉入程度為平擾變項,探討電子商務服務品質構面與顧客行為意向間的關係是否會有所不同。結果發現顧客,性別及其涉入程度,將對電子商務服務品質構面與行為意向間的關係產生干擾效果。亦即行銷者可針對不同性別及涉入程度之群體提供不同的服務,以提升其行為意向。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the service quality and consumer behavioral intentions on e-commerce. Moreover, the above relationship may be moderated by customers’ gender and their involvement. After an empirical survey of 499 respondents, the results indicate the relationship between service quality and customer behavioral intentions is moderated by customers’ gender and their involvement. Therefore, the results of this study can be applied to develop the service quality strategy of a company in accordance with customers’ characteristics.
