     本文以行動研究探討多元智能應用在學前品格教育課程實施的情形,研究團隊包括研究者、全園教師及行政教師。研究團隊研發出多元智能取向的品格教育新課程,實施的過程中發現給予教師自主權、肯定教師是「課程研究者」,支持教師教學革新,則教師能體現實施課程的潛能,從事自主性的創新教學,並且學生的學習態度得以改善。
     The research applies action research to explore the implement of curriculum which is integrated multiple intelligences theory into character education in early childhood. The research group includes research and all teachers in the kindergarten. In the process of research, the result reveals when teachers are empowermented and confirmed their abilities position of curriculum of researcher, supporting their renovations. So that, teachers will show their potential of creation and expand children's learning contents.
