本文應用鄭文英(民87)具區間層級分析法，針對臺灣地區已向經濟部申請且獲核准之廿四個大型購物中心開發案進行優勢評估，研究結果顯示臺北地區之第二開發案TP2最值得開發，其次是臺南地區之第二開發案TN2，排名最後的是臺東地區之開發案TT1。本文研究結果可提供給政府當局擬定大型購物中心開放政策及業者投資之參考。
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the 24 shopping mall projects approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.. The method of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted in this study. The results show that the first, second and the last priority of projects are TP2, TN2 and TT1, respectively. These results can be the references to authority of the government or the enterprises for their investment.
