　　　　　本論文旨在護理倫理學的發展與實踐，由於護理倫理學的發展受時代潮流的影響，因此論文第一部份由護理理念演進、生命倫理、女性主義、現象學、以及儒道思想的角度分別探討護理倫理學發展的方向。第二部分由人我關係的互動論述護理倫理的實踐。
　　　　　The purpose of this article was to explore the elements affected contents of nursing ethics, to construct nursing ethics through caring practice. The devolving of nursing philosophy, bioethics, feminist, phenomenology, Confucism and Taoism had a great effect on the progression of nursing ethics. Professional self is significant in caring practice, which could be defined through reflective practice.
