在課程設計中，為瞭解大專學生對於體育課興趣選項趨勢，常會透過調查或問卷等方式進行。傳統之方法是讓學生對所規劃的課程給予志願排序，然後利用傳統眾數的計算，求得符合學生共識之開課項目。其缺點是忽略了人類本身在思維與決策上常有模糊以及非定量化的特質，硬讓其用非此即彼之二元邏輯回答問題的話，可能會導致結果的偏差以及做出錯誤的結論。故在考慮多元化課程設計與選項的問題時，利用隸屬度函數與模糊統計分析會是一種較為可行的測度方法。本文提出模糊眾數的定義及分析理論，並將其應用於體育課興趣選項上，發現模糊眾數以較合情合理的方法找到「多數」，且能夠解決傳統眾數無法處理之問題。期盼此一方法能將大眾的想法更精確實的表現出來。

In the course design, we often make decisions according to consensus. Traditionally, we ask the questionnaire interviewees to respond according to the thinking of binary logic. But, this kind of respond is improper because the human thinking is fuzzy and uncertain. For this reason, it should be an improved measurement using membership function and fuzzy statistics. In this paper, we propose the fuzzy mode and present some of its properties. In addition, we give some examples in the college student’s selection of the physical education course, to demonstrate that fuzzy statistics is suitable and meaningful for social science research.
