The key success factors on how to manage a Credit Department of Farmers' Associations in Taiwan are derived from journal papers and professional opinions. There are seven key critical success factor layers, and 30 factors. The purpose of this study was to use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) for credit unions' data to: 1. Analyze current business situation of Credit Department of Farmers' Associations, 2. Evaluate for critical success factors of Credit Department of Farmers' Associations, 3. Provide future management and operation suggestions for Credit Department of Farmers' Associations, and 4. Recommend and present supervisory institution: a. policies to monitor and manage Credit Department of Farmers' Associations, and b. business operation model of Credit Department of Farmers' Associations. The results of this study found that the most important critical success factor of how to manage a Credit Department of Farmers' Associations in Taiwan is "operation management" (weight=0.170), followed by "service quality management" (weight=0.159), "Information management layer" (weight=0.151), "finance management layer" (weight=0.144), "risk management layer" (weight=0.136), "human resource management layer" (weight=0.124), and "administration management layer" (weight=0.116).
