關係涉入可以了解教練與選手之間關係，而目前國內探討此議題之研究有限，本研究針對舉重選手為分析對象，企圖瞭解選手的人口變項，是否會影響與教練之間關係涉入情形。樣本主要來源以民國95年8月21日－26日所舉辦95年全國總統杯舉重錦標賽之選手為抽樣對象，簡單隨機選取150位選手進行問卷填答，總計回收145份問卷，扣除6份填答不完全，有效樣本數139人（男68、女71）。研究工具以修正後的關係涉入量表，經由信、效度分析皆達到要求後，進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、cheffe事後比較和複迴歸分析等統計方法進行。研究結果發現選手的人口變項中，性別差異、不同年齡層與練習時間長短對於關係涉入均具顯著影響。基於此研究發現，對於運動心理之學術面與舉重運動之實務面提出相關建議。
Relationship involvement has been utilized as an indicator for coach-athlete relationship, however, limited study in Taiwan at present. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of demography of weightlifters on relationship involvement. Data were mainly derived from a survey of 150 weigh lifters participated from the national president's cup weightlifting championship of 2006 on 21st-the 26th of August. After total retrieves 145 questionnaires, deducted 6 questionnaires incompletely, the totals of effective samples are 139 (68 male, 71 female). The descriptive statistics, regression model, ANOVA, Scheffe Post-hoc were chosen for data analyses. The results show that differences of the gender, age, and training time have significant effect. Based on our findings, some suggestions will be offered for academic and practical fields.
