國有企業是中國大陸傳統計劃經濟體制的核心，從1990年代至今的國企改革是大陸經濟轉型中所有改革的重中之重，其改革進程具有相當高的標誌性和代表性。現在，國企產權改革仍未落定塵埃，但已出現了很多別具一格的特點和問題。不同于大部分經濟史分析，本文從十幾年來沸沸揚揚的國企產權改革理論和思潮入手，對國企產權改革背後所蘊含的國家權力直接幹預和全面控制經濟領域的問題進行解析，並對中國大陸國企產權改革的實際成效、問題和未來的改革方向做出政經分析。

As state-owned enterprises were the core of traditional planned-economic system, the property rights reform of SOEs became the most important and representative reform during the economic transition of China. The reform is not yet over, but it has presented many special problems. This thesis observes on economic thoughts about property rights reform of SOEs, unfolding the state's straight interference in economic field, analyzing the practical outcome, problems and next direction of the reform of SOEs.
