題名:創新矩陣在分析產業競爭優勢中的應用探究--以有線電視產業提供光纖到府服務為例

分析產業競爭優勢大多是利用較缺少客觀性的質性分析法,而創新矩陣的量化與質性共用之分析,將使探究主題呈現具較高客觀性的研究成果。台灣有線電視產業提供光纖到府服務的技術已漸成熟,結合政府政策將使光纖到府服務的這項產品得以迅速推展,所以有必要重視與探討提供光纖到府服務的競爭優勢。本文針對光纖到府服務這項產品在市場外部競爭因素、產業資源基礎條件與產業關鍵成功因素方法,利用問卷調查、深入訪談與創新矩陣之方法,並以E媒體科技公司與相關企業為主要研究對象。研究結果:1.提出有線電視產業提供光纖到府服務的市場外部競爭因素、產業資源基礎條件與產業關鍵成功因素,2.利用修訂過的創新SWOT矩陣分析FTTH服務於有線電視產業中企業經營的機會與競爭優勢,3.與E媒體科技公司的策略意圖作矩陣差異化分析,以提出具體有效的經營策略建議。最後針對有線電視產業提供光纖到府服務提出較具體的建議。
The analysis of industry competitive advantage mostly is used by the subjective quality analytic method, but the innovative matrix is used by the both quantification and quality analytic method. The matrix will cause that the inquisition subject present to the objective research results. Since the technology of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) is gradually mature, the research of a competitive advantages of FTTH of the Cable TV industry is value and inquire by government strategy. Research means have questionnaire, interview and innovative matrix about factors of competitive advantages, industry core resources, and main successful factors of industry with the samples of E Co. Ltd. and relative enterprises in Taiwan. Proposed results of this paper are: 1. the advantages of competitive strategy, the core value of advantage of industry core resources, and the main successful factors of industry. 2. analyzing a competitive advantages of FTTH of the Cable TV industry by innovated SWOT matrix. 3. comparing innovated SWOT matrix and tactics intention goal matrix by differentiated Matrix. Final, there are suggestions about practical solutions at FTTH products of the cable TV industry.
