In modern society, the children and youth face many complicated issues, such as social, emotional, and development problems. These issues have impacts on their learning and adaptation. School social workers have to help the development of students, home, and the community. Community-based school social work model needs the partnership of local people and local groups. Praising and harmonic atmosphere can encourage individual’s positive behavior, so as to reduce his anti-society behavior. This research is a qualitative search. It discusses a case that serious leisure groups build a friendly community. Through deep interviews, we have the following findings: 1. Space and man-power of community and campus are united. 2. School teachers and community residents have direct communication. 3. They help each other. 4. Pupils are away from bad environment factors. 5. Parents have better confidence in education and nurture. 6. It improves residents’ feeling of belonging to school and community. 7. There are more little volunteers. 8. Pupils and parents have better feeling of achievements.
