This purpose of this study is to the investigate the predictions of the woodball players on Coach-Athlete Relationships and Exercise Values on training satisfaction. Method: This study will design a questionnaire "Exercise Value, Coach-Athlete Relationship and Training Satisfaction" to conduct the survey. Subjects: The woodball players joined in the 2012 National college sport games. Among 242 questionnaires handed out, 196 items were appropriate for analysis, which resulted in a valid return rate of 81%. The results are as follows: 1. Athletes have the highest level on complements cooperation, social values and team relationships. 2. Complements cooperation can predict personal performance and team relationship. Social closure can predict the coach's leadership behavior. Social value and capability value can predict the training satisfaction. The conclusion is that the relationship development between athletes and coaches is like friendship or parenting, trusting each other is good for the coach's leadership, social closure is an important factor related to training satisfaction.
