目的:一、比較不同性別角色、教練年資的教練在教練領導行為、情緒智慧及教練效能上的差異。二、探討情緒智慧、教練領導行為與教練效能間之關係。方法:以中學(國中、高中職)運動代表隊教練為研究對象,共400人(男性教練282位、女性教練118位)。所用的研究工具為:性別特質量表、情緒智慧量表、教練領導行為量表及教練效能量表。所得資料以單因子變異數分析與徑路分析進行統計分析。結果:一、性別角色為兩性化的教練展現出較高的情緒智慧(管理情緒、自我激勵、了解別人情緒、人際關係)、教練領導行為和教練效能。二、年資較高的教練展現出較高的情緒智慧(人際關係)和教練效能(比賽策略、教學技術、特質建立)。三、情緒智慧和教練領導行為可以有效地預測教練效能。結論:性別角色和情緒智慧均為影響教練領導行為的重要因素。
Purposes: The purposes of this study were: 1. to compare the differences of coach's leadership behavior, emotional intelligence, and coach efficacy among coaches with different gender role and coaching experience 2. to examine the relationship between coach's emotional intelligence, leadership behavior, and coach efficacy. Method: There were 400 high school and senior high school coaches drawn as the subjects (male 282, female 118). The research instruments were Gender Role Inventory, Emotional Intelligence Inventory, Coach's Leadership Behavior Inventory, and Coach Efficacy Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and structure equation model. Results: 1. Coach with the androgynous character performed better emotional intelligence (emotional management, self-motivation, recognizing other's emotion and international relationship), leader behavior and coach efficacy. 2. Coach with longer service performed better emotional intelligence (international relationship) and coach efficacy (game strategy efficacy, teaching skill and trait establish). 3. Coach's emotional intelligence and coach's leadership behavior could validly predict coach efficacy. Conclusion: Coach's gender role and emotional intelligence were the important factors those affect coach's leadership behavior.
