題名:幼兒家長對網路科技認知態度之調查研究:以桃園地區為例

網路科技影響當代人類社會的諸多層面,其不只改變人類的傳統生活習性,也建構出網路化的新興生活與就業型態。對於幼兒家長而言,網路科技不只是生活與就業場域的重要工具,也形塑其對於幼兒及幼托機構在網路教學應用的作為和實踐圖像。本研究以桃園地區幼兒家長為研究對象進行調查與訪談研究,探討不同個人變項對於網路科技的認知態度之差異情形。研究者自編「幼兒家長網路科技認知態度量表」問卷,包括「工具理想」、「使用意願」、「就業優勢」、「自我助益」、「教學價值」與「學習成效」等6 個層面,針對幼兒家長樣本對象進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷510 份。統計結果顯示,幼兒家長在「幼兒家長網路科技認知態度量表」的「使用意願」、「就業優勢」與「工具理想」等層面之得分較高,在「自我助益」層面之得分最低,且因為年齡、學歷、族群、工作場所上網時數、網路素養能力、網路科技學習心態、帶幼兒出國旅遊、在家進行幼兒網路教學等變項上等變項之不同,而在不同態度層面面向上呈現統計上的顯著差異,此亦可由8 位幼兒家長的訪談資料予以證實。最後,研究者針對研究發現進行討論並提出未來研究之參考。
There are multiple different dimensions of human society influenced by Internet technology. It changes the traditional lives, and constructs the new living and occupational styles. For the young children’s parents, Internet technology is the important tool in living and employing locations, and configures the practical applications integrated into the dimensions of young children and kindergartens. This study explored the different individual variables on young children’ parents’ attitudes toward Internet technology in Taoyuan county. An Young Children’s Parents’ Attitudes toward Internet Technology Survey was developed. The questionnaire consisted of six factors, including instrumental ideal, using willingness, employment advantages, self-benefits, instructional values, and learning efficiency. By using questionnaire survey, this study gathered the responses of 510 to analyze their preferences toward Internet technology. According the results, young children’s parents scored higher on the using willingness scale, the employment advantages scale, and the instrumental ideal scale on the six scales of the questionnaire. They scored lowest on self-benefits scale. In addition, their scores revealed significant differences among of age, education, ethnicity, online on the work locations, Internet literacy, learning attitudes toward Internet technology, taking young children to travel oversea, and teaching young children in home. The eight follow-up interviews also conducted with selected young children’s parents and the implications derived form this study were discussed.
