The main purpose of this study was to explore on the fun of the physical fitness curriculum designed for students in the effectiveness analysis of health-related physical fitness status, another test of whether different intrinsic motivation have an impact on health-related physical fitness ability, conduct investigation Analysis. The participants of this study are 135 northern college students, health research tools using Ministry of Education fitness test items and the self PE intrinsic motivation scale, paired samples T-test for independent samples analyzed . The results found that: 1.girls high intrinsic motivation have measured performance after better "muscular endurance" than the low intrinsic motivation students. 2.high intrinsic motivation of students, in addition to "BMI", other health-related physical fitness ability were significant advances; and low intrinsic motivation of students, unless the "BMI" and "flexibilty" no significant progress, other health-related physical fitness Can the ability to have a significant progress. Recommendations for future arrangements in the sports teaching content can be fun-oriented curriculum design based, and integrated into the health fitness training materials, and actively planning the direction of health fitness courses, culture the students to develop lifelong habits of movement and lifting movement intrinsic motivation.
