     一、研究問題:實習老師在教育實習中學到那些潛在課程? 二、研究方法:人種誌研究法 一 包括參與觀察、晤談與文件分析 (一)前段:專五下學期一班所有教育實習活動(77學年下) (二)後段:追蹤兩個案結業實習第一學期經驗(78學年上) 三、研究發現:實習老師在教育實習中學到以下潛在課程 (一)再製論的學習經驗 理論無用、理想浮泛。 老師應該依順權威、服從為尚。 管理導向、秩序為尚。 教學就是依指引、傳知識。 行動一致、同事和諧。 (二)反抗論的學習經驗 形式主義:抄教案、溜班、翹班、私下調課、咒罵校長、消遺校長。 退縮者:完全借用他人教具.意圖敷衍上課.意圖請調他校。 創新者:注音符號普測放水事件.建議國語文選手培訓計畫。 反叛者:爭取公平研習的機會。 四、建議: (一)培養師範生批判反省力,防上過度現實主義 (二)觸發師教工作者的自覺,樹立身教典範 (三)建立尊重老師的國小教育環境,由守法守分到自尊自重 (四)師校實習課程兼顧理論,理論課程兼及實務 (五)幫助師範生理解潛在課程,發揮正向影響杜絕負向影響
