隨時空之變化，圖書館組織型態屢見遞嬗，從紙本圖書館到紙本與電子媒體並行 的圖書館，再進入電子圖書館時代，館員與館方的互動關係迭次變更，由「特別權力關係」 修正成「基本權利的保障」，再調整為「一般權力關係」。總之，昨日、今日與明日的圖 書館事業，其內部關係將與時俱轉而非一成不變。

In short, the interior relationship in librarianship will advance as the times instead of remaining motionlessly in the past, at present or in the future.
